ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days, excluding UK bank holidays. The delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after dispatch. During launches, promotions or unusually busy periods, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is a material delay.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

Standard delivery: £3.99
Free Standard delivery: orders of £50 or more after discounts
Express delivery: £6.99

Available services, current prices and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout. Express delivery is subject to the order time, stock availability, carrier coverage and business days; it is not guaranteed unless checkout expressly states that it is guaranteed.

EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY

Standard international delivery to the EU: £14.99

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard international delivery to the destinations currently enabled at checkout: £23.99

International availability may change. Customers are responsible for checking whether food supplements can be imported into their destination. Customs, duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included. These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by ESSNTL. International orders may be delayed by customs.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact hello@theessntls.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Where tracking is available, details will be sent after dispatch. If tracking shows a problem, or your order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact hello@theessntls.com with your order number. Please also check with household members, neighbours and any nominated safe place.

DAMAGED PARCELS OR MISSING ITEMS

Contact us promptly if a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing. Include your order number and photographs of the parcel, label and contents where possible. Keep the packaging until we confirm the next steps.

DELIVERY TIME LIMIT

We will deliver without undue delay and, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days after the contract is formed. If we cannot do so, your statutory rights apply.
